📍 Venue: Thu Kha Su San (TKSS) Training and Testing Center
📅 Duration: 10 Days (excluding Sundays) + 1 Day (Certificate Awarding Ceremony)
🎯 Target Group: Seafarers (Ratings Level)

🧭 Objective

Our goal is to equip newly recruited seafarers with:

Essential welding knowledge and hands-on practical skills
Strong safety awareness for both onboard and shipyard environments
Effective maritime English communication skills

✅ Our training center is officially approved by the National Skills Standards Authority (NSSA).

🏗️ Training Structure

📘 General English Training
- Focus on workplace communication, reporting, vocabulary, and maritime terminology.

🔩 Practical Welding Training
- Daily hands-on practice with tools, machines, and real-life shipyard techniques.

🦺 Safety Training
- Conducted in collaboration with Myanma Shipyard, covering shipyard and onboard safety protocols.

📸 Attendance & Photo Reporting
- Daily attendance and training sessions are recorded and reported for transparency.

📋 Monitoring & Reporting

Daily Attendance Photos submitted before training begins
Training Photos capturing class participation and practical work, shared daily
Testing Video: Upon completion, the video of testing will be available to view online

🎓 Assessment & Certification

Daily performance monitoring by instructors
